about sound systems, music, spot lights and selling a show with you and your team!
We set up the comedy room so that the supporters of your organization are both comfortable and chipper;
a good sound, lighting, and seating plan often help create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
Nothing will ever be taken for granted!We have everything you need: amps, mics, mic stands, speakers & spotlights. Having the comedian in the spot light with the house lights OFF is key. This keeps the audience from talking, and keeps them focused on the comic.
We suggest that candles be placed on the tables for ambiance and that patrons sit as close to the stage as possible in order to create an atmosphere of intimacy. We also supplies all types of music pre and post show and have over 2000 songs to play through our fabulous speakers.
Placing an advertisement in the local newspaper is a very good way of promoting your show, and we can design a 4x4 picture ad, as well as create a press release for you.
Other excellent ways to get the word out are:- Everyone in the organization MUST TALK UP the show and sell tickets.
- 2nd, I will supply a number of 8.5 x 11 handout flyer.
- Copy and post thos flyers throughout the community (at your local sub shops, hair salons etc.)
- If, for instance, this is a PTO/PTA organization, every student can have a flyer sent home with him/her in the PTO/PTA news letter.
- NETWORKING sells shows!
We will also create tickets for you at a small cost, and find a hall for you if you are having trouble locating one yourself.
